Ron Galonsky to Lead Chapman and South Coast Global Medical Centers
(Santa Ana, CA)- Today, Chapman Global Medical Center and South Coast Global Medical Center officially announced the appointment of Ron Galonsky as the new Chief Executive Officer of both Chapman GMC and South Coast GMC. Galonsky is the former CEO of Tenet Healthcare’s Lakewood Regional Medical Center.

Galonsky brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare leadership, with knowledge in a variety of acute care hospital settings, integrated hospital networks, and medical group practice administration, as well as experience in leadership roles with HCA, Daughters of Charity, and St. Joseph Health System. He was the recipient of the Tenet 2015 Circle of Excellence Award for financial, quality, and service performance, while propelling the Lakewood Regional Medical Center into a top-ten rank system-wide.
Board certified in health care management and a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), Ron Galonsky began his career as a U.S. Army infantry officer after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and his Master of Health Administration degree from the Medical College of Virginia.
